Janae Seneker
DVM
A native of New Jersey and New York area. Janae Seneker comes to South Kent after working as a vet for 12 years in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and her DVM from Virginia Tech. Dr. Seneker moved to Michigan at the end of 2019 and loves exploring both peninsulas with her husband, daughters and three dogs. Dr. Seneker is so happy to be at South Kent and deeply values the privilege of partnering with her clients in the care of their pets.

Becca Kursch
DVM / Owner
Dr. Becca Kursch grew up in Webberville, MI, and attended Michigan State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. She has a strong interest in animal behavior, soft tissue surgery, and preventative medicine, and has expanded her practice to include exotic pets like rabbits, rats, and bearded dragons. At home, Dr. Kursch and her husband Andy have four children and a variety of pets, including cats, dogs, rabbits, goats, and chickens. In her free time, she enjoys reading, running, paddleboarding, and spending time outdoors with her family.
Claire Stein
DVM
Dr. Stein earned both her veterinary degree and bachelor’s in Zoology from Washington State University. She has a lifelong passion for caring for animals, living with three cats, two dogs, and her fiancé Nathan, a teacher. Dr. Stein specializes in helping older pets, preventative care, and fear-free techniques, and enjoys surgery and dentistry. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, playing the trombone, and exploring the Mitten State with her family.
