Dr. Meggan Freeland
Dr. Meggan Freeland graduated from Michigan State College of Veterinary Medicine in 2019. She also completed a Bachelor’s of Animal Science and is finishing her Master’s in Food Safety at MSU. She grew up on her family farm in Parma, MI and was active in 4-H. She ran on the MSU cross country and track teams and worked as an AI technician for a cattle genetics company for 2 years prior to veterinary school.

Dr. Meggan’s special interests include advanced reproductive techniques, ultrasonography, small ruminant medicine, and production animal herd health. In her spare time she and her fiancĂ© Brent operate a 150 head ABGA registered Boer goat herd, attend goat shows, and volunteer with local 4-H programs. She also enjoys running and hiking with her 4 dogs.
