We will ONLY be utilizing curbside service. If you have an appointment please park in a parking spot Labeled A1-A5, call 616-891-9070 and press option #7. A staff member will come out and give you further instructions. We ask that all animals are either leashed or secured in a carrier for their safety.

If you are picking up a prescription or food you will use the farm services entrance. Please park in a spot that is labeled P1-P5. Call 616-891-9070 and press option #2. The technician will provide you with further instructions.

Byron Center Location

With either location you can utilize our online pharmacy. Just go to southkentvets.com, click on “My Vet Store” link in the upper right hand corner and it will direct you right to the online pharmacy.

In the midst of COVID-19, the health, safety and well-being of our clients and staff is our number one priority.  To decrease the the spread of COVID-19 we ask that if you are presenting any of the following symptoms please stay home: cough, fever, or shortness of breath.  Also, per the CDC we ask that if you have traveled internationally or to any area experiencing outbreaks, please reschedule your appointment  for a later date.

Southkent Veterinary hospital will remain open as long as allowed but have made the following changes:

  • We are limiting appointments at our discretion to reduce the volume of people in our buildings.
  • We ask that only one person per animal in the clinic at a time.  If you are unable to do so, we will gladly come out to your vehicle, get your pet, bring them in to be evaluated and return them to you when finished.
  • For prescription or food pick-up you can utilize our online pharmacy or:
    For the Caledonia location we ask that you use the Farm services entrance, stay in your car and call 616-891-9070  press option #2 and we will bring it out for you.  
    For the Byron center location we also ask that you remain in your vehicle, call 616-878-3386 and we will bring it out for you as well.
